An exciting semi-dwarf Norway spruce that takes the classic selection ‘Acrocona’ to new extremes. Much like ‘Acrocona’, ‘Acro-Yellow’ produces abundant 6” reddish-tan cones from a young age, many of which are born at the terminus of the shoots. Couple this quality with brilliant soft yellow and pale green needles and a winner is born. The slow growing plants develop and upright-conical framework. Introduced in 2015 at Scullion Garden.
