This extremely dense, tiny Picea abies ‘Thumbelina’ was found at Iseli Nursery as a witch’s broom on P.a. ‘Gregoryana Parsonsii’, a dwarf alpine gem in its own right. More globose than its parent, the tight cushion of sharp, short needles puts on a nice winter decoration: prominent brown buds for seasonal interest.
