Big Blue is a dense upright Swiss stone pine that grows as a plump column with long, rich blue needles. More vigorous than many cembras, may be 6′ tall x 3′ wide at 10 years. Prefers full sun in well-drained soil. Hardy to -50 degrees, zone 2.
