A conical-shaped dwarf conifer with dark green needles. The annual spring growth is creamy white, giving the plant a dramatic effect in late May. Gradually, the needles return to their darker color. Slowly growing, this conifer tolerates partial shade. Unfortunately, this beautiful coloring takes place before the Jardin Scullion opens to the public (in June)
