Visit of the garden

Known artist and landscaper, Brian Scullion has acquired this abandoned land in 1985. He achieved a childhood dream by creating, on a farm of 40 hectares, a paradise on earth.

This passion is obvious as soon as you set foot in the gardens. The unusual landscaping, features over 2,000 plant species from around the world, well adapted to climatic conditions in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.

Buildings and facilities were added over the years to transform the site into a real horticultural gem, a “must see” of tourism in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region.

This family oriented site with a mini-farm, children’s’ game area and picnic tables, enjoys great popularity in which parents and children get a fair deal.

Many species of birds, reptiles and mammals find refuge in this rich and diverse setting.
